All product prices displayed on our website are denominated in Euros as the default display currency, unless otherwise marked separately, and all listed prices do not include applicable shipping fees, or the potential import duties and customs charges that may apply to international orders as outlined in our published Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time, with no prior advance notification required, at our sole discretion, in response to changes in raw material costs, logistics fee fluctuations, market demand shifts, or other operational adjustment needs. The price that will be officially confirmed and charged to you is the exact product price displayed on the checkout page at the exact moment you successfully submit and complete your order payment.

All promotional activities, discount coupon codes, and limited-time flash sale events hosted on our website are only valid for the specific time window and product scope clearly specified in the corresponding activity notification. Each discount coupon code can only be used once per user account, cannot be stacked with other unrelated promotional offers unless explicitly stated, and has no cash redemption value. Any attempt to fraudulently obtain multiple promotional coupons by registering multiple accounts will be identified as a violation of these terms, and we reserve the right to cancel all related abnormal orders, and disqualify all involved accounts from participating in any subsequent platform promotional events.

4. Order Submission, Payment and Order Cancellation

When you complete the full checkout flow and submit an order on our website, this action constitutes a formal binding purchase offer sent by you to KITCHEN THINGS NZ LIMITED. After you successfully complete the payment, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation email to your registered email address, which contains your unique order number, full list of purchased items, total transaction amount, designated shipping address, and estimated dispatch timeline. Please note that the automatic generation of the order confirmation email does not equal the formal acceptance of your purchase offer by our company. We retain the full right to verify and approve your order within 2 working days, and we may reject or cancel your order in the following scenarios:

  • The ordered product is facing unexpected severe stock shortage that cannot be replenished within a reasonable timeframe, and we cannot fulfill your order as scheduled
